In November 1999, Dawn and I signed an intent to lease on what is now the site of San Diego North County's Finest Japanese Auto Repair Facility, and, Escondido's FIRST ASE Blue Seal Excellence Facility:

It took many months for the renovation and remodeling to get done, but I think you will understand after taking this photographic "Virtual Tour".
